Guidance during a sale
We would love to help you sell your house carefree and responsibly. During every step of the sales process we will guide you personally. We give you advice before putting your home up for sale, but also during and after the negotiations.
How do we sell a house?
Step 1: Introductory meeting
During the introductory meeting we take a look at the property and give you an indication of the value. We also discuss your wishes and answer your questions, so that you know exactly what is going on.
Step 2: Personal sales plan
In close consultation with you we draw up a sales plan.
Step 3: Measuring and photography
We measure your house in accordance with the NEN 2580 norm. We take professional photographs and possibly video. Upon request we also provide high-angle shots.
Step 4: Styling advice
We advise you on creating the perfect appearance in order to sell your house. In addition, if desired we assist you with maintenance work in order to optimally present the property.
Step 5: Listing your property
After approving all the documents we list the property on the network of the NVM, MVA, Funda, social media and our digital window display. You also receive promotion material from us, such as for sale signs and brochures.
Step 6: Viewings
In consultation we organize the viewings. If you so desire, in consultation this can be done on Saturday.
Step 7: Communication
After every viewing we contact you to discuss the viewing. This way you always know exactly what’s going on.
Step 8: Negotiations
During the negotiations we pull out all the stops to not only realize the best sales price, but also the best conditions (such as for example the date of transfer). All negotiations will take place in writing and will be send to you one on one, with our advice included.
Step 9: Accompaniment to the notary
After having reached an agreement with the buyer, we accompany both parties to the notary for the drafting and the signing of the (preliminary) sale agreement.
Step 10: Transfer
At the end of the sales process the transfer takes place. We accompany you during the inspection of the property and we write down the meter readings. We also double-check the deed of transfer and accompany you to the notary for the signing of the deed of transfer and the mortgage deed.
